I said that many times on our recent trip to Vermont. It really was just so . . . Vermonty. 

I mean, look at this.

The house my parents rented.

It was past peak color, but there were still quite a few pretty leaves.

That's maple kettle corn, just to stay on brand.

The house was on over a hundred acres, so there was no shortage of paths in the woods to explore.

The wedding venue was a barn.
