Who, according to my mother, thinks that all Charlie does is sleep. And based on the photos I post here, I can't blame her for thinking that.
Allow me to correct that misconception.
Sleep? What? I'm wide awake and ready to rock!
This is me rocking.
And this is me screaming. Another fun alternative to sleep.
Uh oh. Cue Jaws music. The toddler has found the baby.
And will now proceed to snuffle his head and yell, "What's the matter, baby!" two centimeters from the quite-calm baby's eyes.
So you see, there's not as much sleeping going on around here as it might appear. Just ask the black circles under my eyes.
I love that last photo!
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHA......funny post.....great pictures.
ReplyDeleteI know it isn't funny to you the sleep deprived, broken backed, broken ear drummed, mother of two. Beth
Does this mean that Cubby likes the baby more? Is more cooperative? Or, is he still having troubles? Mary in MN
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh, as well as appreciate some really great pictures. I think sister-in-law will appreciate hearing, especially from you, that she's not the only mom sleep deprived and frazzled.
ReplyDeleteI love the last one!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if a reason babies scream is to help develop their lung strength and endurance? Otherwise,it seems sometimes they have no real reason to cry. Beth
ReplyDeleteBahaha! I too have a toddler and a newborn and can quite relate to the "snuffling" of the baby's head and the YELLING! Made me laugh.
