I made a card for A. this morning that reads thusly: 15 years . . . 2 weddings . . . 4 kids . . . 4 homes . . . Dozens of sheep . . . Numberless adventures . . . No regrets. Happy Anniversary.
Pippa: Our very first home was my ghetto studio apartment in Phoenix, Arizona. After that, it was a crappy basement apartment in Albany, NY. I didn't count the house in New Mexico, because I haven't even been there yet, so I can't really call it home. Soon, though!
Happy Anniversary!! We hit 15 years next year - I am finding it the 'comfort zone' - do you know what I mean? I am impressed by the fact you have kept sheep - do you use the meat and wool or send them on? J xx
Europafox: We raised them for meat. We did shear them of course, because you have to if you have them longer than one season, but never did much with the wool.
Happy Anniversary! Wishing you a safe and uneventful move tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary as you continue your adventures with an amazing move and a new place to live.
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary! Where was your first home, I wonder. You were already ensconced at Blackrock when I started reading your blog.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!
