Can I come polish your silver? You know how I love to polish silver. That collection is damn impressive. Tell your MiL she can bequeath it to me. Just sayin'.

Also, how can Blackrock be so damn cold when it looks so warm and pretty?

Hooray pictures!! It looks very warm and festive. I need to get in the mood myself. So far our house has zippo nada as far as decorations go.

Nice decorations. But where's the tree? Saving that for later?

Very classy. Just enough to bring on the holiday spirit, but not so much that you feel overwhelmed. Wow, and everything (at least in the pictures) looks so clean. Winter weather does have its up side, although how would I know here in Arizona - right?

Really lovely! I haven't put up a damn thing yet. With the new pup, who will soon be 11 months old and gets into EVERYTHING, I am hesitating about it all. But, it will get done. It WILL.

M.M.: Please, come polish the silver. And the brass while you're at it.

Pat: The tree is up, but still naked. The MiL wasn't home last night, so we'll decorate it tonight.

Mere: Well, I did clean before I decorated. Since I won't be able to dust until the spruce branches come down in a few weeks. Ew.
