My favorite childhood memories tend to revolve around being in the woods, picnicking on the "Big Rock" as we called it, digging fossils out of the "Fossil Bank," and generally exploring. I highly endorse the activities of the snow monkeys!
Looks like it will be a while before spring will have sprung. At least it's good enought for the boys to be outside, so that's really all that matters! I'm sure you and Poppy are dressed warm and playing along with them, or not.
